Man who burned his wife & unborn child alive in Appeals Court

what kind of shitty system is this?

That's incredibly stupid. How does the grandfather of the dead father sends a letter from Saudi asking for diya wtf. Your son's wife is burned alive, her children now lost both parents orphans on both sides and you forgive the killer??????????

That's fucked up.

Hat off for the rest of the family. The aunts and uncles on both side rejected the greedy grandfather plan to ask for mag. Nor does he have any authority over the case.

It toke that bearded Somali guy 8 minutes to say something that could be summerized in 2.

Stfu duliyahow, people beat cases for crimes they've actually commited in the west daily sharmúto camal cabaadkeeda hala imaan meshaan think logically like a man a not with your emotions
You’re not the one thinking logically. Very rarely do in high profile, high stake cases in which a man has doused his wife in petroleum get away with it in the West. Nor is there a culture of people threatening violence if the culprit isn’t freed.

What I’m saying is facts and denying so is actually a form of being emotional as you’re on the defensive and an inability to face the awful reality of Somalia.

It’s a shame that people are using this FKD, but that doesn’t mean you allow your emotions and need defend this to get in the way.

Country run by livestock dameer. :trash: We expected too much from this clown show, I praised xamar’s judiciary too soon.

Xamar and much of the south is a un-redeemable shithole. To think Amisom will go and leave them to their own devices. :draketf:
I'm shocked "This many" women are defending him in the comments section. I thought it was a small group of his extended family but his whole clan?
Degenerates.

2-3 dolars wlahi they cant even aford 10 of it they just hroke nigas here and there.

This is lunacy. A man who burnt his own wife has severe mental health issues and will no doubt strike again. This doesn’t surprise, though, as many Somali officials are gencoidal figures who killed thousands during the wars.

He is still awaiting execution in prison and as for your fkd comment. How does that work? You know what I am and neither the marxumad or the murderer are my qabil

I was speaking more so for the judicial system and how it isn't a clear cut case. You can find where I stand with this case in every other post besides the one you quoted

Some of the Puntlanders here are using this case to frame Somalia well the South as being more barbaric than their area which we know isn’t true. All of were Somalis live is a ******. It’s a classic case of my toolo is better than yours. Even in high profile murder cases they can’t help but do that.
