Yes, strike up up normal conversations, don't be weird. Don't try to put the somali guys in a box we're all different

Shoot your shot with the guy you like. Trust me contrary to popular belief many guys will actually appreciate it. Don't be too direct but make it known you are interested. This would make guys more comfortable to shoot their shot.
