Puntland oil is not theirs how would they hand over something in our posession
Puntland oil will be auctioned next summer separately while the rest was this years conference together so the fgs will split it between the rest of somalia, while puntland will have its own offshore, jubbalands oil isn’t really seperate and is lumped together with the rest
