If they visited 1/6 of the polling stations throughout SL from Awdal to Sanaag then I think it's a respectable, sizable sample? (excl Sool which I agree isn't right)

I highly doubt foreign observers check all/most of the polling stations in many countries (especially developing countries) anyway so again it's a sizable sample especially since there were only 10 observers?

As for your last point, that absolutely makes no sense! Why would the rest of the Somalia have a say in an area/region(s) they are not from?

So your telling me that the Scottish referendum of 2015 was a farce since the English, Welsh, and Northern Irish didn't have a say?!:faysalwtf:

I very much doubt it, they only visted 57, and most likely those 57 was presented differently then the other 600 that weren't checked.

The scottish referendum was approved by the British government prior to its launch. A similar approval has to made and it is more likely to come from a referendum then any somali politician.
