That's a very very liberal estimate.
The subclan of the Vice President, Mahad Case are not that big. In the recent Presidential elections, 4 main clans were voting in Awdal. Makaahil, Mahad Case, Habar Cadaan and Ciise. Makaahil were Wadani whilst the other 3 clans were Kulmiye. Makaahil votes alone were more than all of them three combined.
