Problem with muqmaad is that it's expensive where I'm from.

Bro you know you can make it from beef? Just get 3kilo beef cut it up like odkac and add beef ghee to it.

Your triglycerides must be unbelievable. That much is just asking for a stroke.

People back home cant even handle that if they are city dwellers, it was originally made for nomadic life which was a low carb,high fat, high protein based diet. Now imagine in the west with the sedentary lifestyle and all the other junk we eat:ohlord:
