These new ID cards are a mess. First of all, why does it say Erigabo and not Erigavo or Ceerigabo. Why does it not say Somalia as it does on all other cities. Does the Somali government recognize SL??

Forget about Anglicised names, but according to their IDs, .So leadership's data is conflicting, if full of inaccuracies, and fabrications; with that level of expertise, proficiency, and with corruption said to be at its highest, what is the point of an ID, if data is made up, and what could possibly go wrong.

• Cabdi Xaashi was born in Baabile, a Somali town, but stated as in Ethiopia.
• Hamze C Barre was born in Birqod, DDS, yet on his ID, it states he was born in Kismaayo.
• Saalax A Jamac, Deputy PM was born in Ceerigaabo, not in .So, but in no man's land.
• XSM's CV in his first run for President stated he was born in Beledweyn, whereas here Jalalaqsi is his PoB.

Do bear in mind, none of the said PoB states the designate Fed. Member State, which further proves system of government is no longer Federalism, but a Unitary.

In some other version of the same proposed ID, as shown herein, it hardly bears relevant data requred for the ID to be valid.

Personally I think people from Djibouti, Galbeed and NFD should not be allowed to get a Somali identification. These people are happy living under gumeysi, xasuuq and etc. Now that Somalia is developing they want to jump into the boat.

So what about diaspora Somalis? They live outside of Somalia should they be able to get IDs?

If you’re gonna respond with ‘diaspora Somalis in the west don’t live under xasuuq therefore they can get Somali IDs’ . Then we have to look at what xasuuq is .

Somalis in NFD, Ogaden and Djibouti are all part of the government in those regions and they also own land in those regions. Not only that but they’re also armed and they’re free to practice Islam. But when you look at Somalis in the west you can argue they live under a true xasuuq because not only can you not practice your religion fully but your kids are forced to be indoctrinated with their khaniismo and other ideologies.

A safer Somalia means billions more in the government coffers, that means government officials can pocket hundreds of millions or billions instead of begging the world through shameful ways.
