True, the one thing about these platforms is that all of this anti woke stuff has led to no content moderation back in the day accounts would get suspended but now they thrive, Somalis are gonna need to become more cunning and fight back. But tiktok wont be around in the US and hopefully the rest of the west follows.

If the hate is really getting to you I would consider deleting social media. I deleted tiktok and I have never felt happier 
This hyper-fixation on every viral post that is anti-somali is quite unhealthy. However, I do agree that this is contributing to the desensitisation of anti-somali rhetoric which will certainly carry future implications.
We cannot fight every post, it's impossible. I would instead advise everyone to keep an eye on politics, if you see a politician (especially a famous one) spread anti somali rhetoric that is the time to fight back.

What has that got to do with anything? 'First world problems' as if Somalis aren't being violently assaulted....
I see Somalis online always fighting on behalf of other groups. Whether it’s other Muslims, women or Africans. Those Somalis who stand up for others outnumber the so called trolls. You even have Somalis defending Ethiopians when their food is insulted.
I have seen more Free Sudan Somalis than any other ethnicity. Especially the Somalis with a large platform.
Do you guys see those same groups coming to our defence or pushing back against these viral tweets? Nope, they’re all in the comments going

This hate train will pass eventually but I hope that my people become more discerning and stop muling for ajanabis just because we may share the same deen or come from the same continent. Humans are for the most part ungrateful creatures who only respect strength so I hope this whole episode will remove the sentimental need to defend others that many Somalis suffer from.
