Saudi, Kuwait, UAE are against Qatar because of Iran involved with Qatar and fear of Iran dominated on gulf. For that reason they supported Egypt military coup to protect them against Iran. However Qatar got angry with HSM because he went to Egypt. So there are 2 teams in gulf pro Muslim brotherhood and Iran. Somalia should set up a similar secular democracy, and set up a strong nation with western technology. Being allied with the US will help a lot.
