This cruel inhuman crimes were committed by TPLF and their right hand man Abdi Iley with his Liyu police. This has nothing to do with Oromo vs Somali conflict. It is purely the work of TPLF and Abdi Iley. Now both are gone, Somali State for the first time is indeed free from oppression. People are not jailed for their political views and can speak their mids freely, opposition groups like the ONLF and exiled human rights activists are in the state and operating freely. Sure way more work lies ahead of the new government but it is on the right truck of respecting human rights and allowing dissent.
