Online dating is a sham and never works

In my experience with madow chicks on POF, most of the once I have seen on there are escorts or FWB(Friends with benefits), I avoid most ghetto looking once and most of them in general, I even came across one asking if I like to Party and Play, came to found out it was drug related code word.:susp::russ:

I don't understand them sxb, seen too many guys getting set up by hoodrats, on west side Columbus there is was a Halimo who set up a Farax she met on Muzmatch couple years ago, I don't even trust online Halimos yet alone a Shaniqua.

You should try muzzmatch and use the 7-day free trial so swipe for every woman lmao. Keep in mind on this app you can search for specific ethnicity and locations.Even without showing my face I managed to get many matches and every single one responded back to my messages.Do keep in mind your first message shouldn't be "hey" but rather think of something coming from their bio or pictures. Don't be like 90% of the guys on the app that goes through "interview questions" rather come up with assumptions about her as that's how you can develop a nice and productive conversation.

Once you have abit of chemistry try secure her number or socials and use the excuse to meet up on a date or something.

if you don't find your partner by 25 then you are done. The good pickings will be gone. Anyone who is a "prize" is already taken by 25.
Scarcity mentality on 100.
I don't want to get too deep into it, but what you're saying is false and it illicits fear into single people --> making them settle in their relationships.

Besides, most men in the West aren't established until at least their late 20's. I wouldn't want to be a starter wife to a guy who's building his career, only for him to exit stage left once he's on his feet (I've seen this happen.) No thank you.

Every online dating website is a complete sausage fest. You got like 70 percent of men on there competing for like 30 percent of women, and if you break down the percentages of the real and active female users on those sites you will find that only like 10 percent of them are real women and the rest are fake profiles.

Muslim dating websites are pointless. If you want to meet a good Muslim woman get your family to hook you up with one.

Dating apps is only for practicing dirty talk. You wont meet them anyways so what do you have to lose. If they willing to entertain it, then cool. If not, then cool. Ha isku wareerin expecting to find a wife.
This time and age, you gonna have to develop yourself. you gonna have to workout and be about your coins. This whole "love me for who I am" ting don't work no more.

Stop stressing about getting si.il, you need to be comfortable of being your own best friend.
Quit to try impress on women with material things and to the mandem about women you talk to, that's what lames do. I used to do them things before and I couldn't respect myself for it. I used to follow the crowd and I felt like a loser. So I had to let that shit go for my own good.

Your self-esteem will come from being proactive to improve your outcome in life and it will teach you a lot about yourself in that process. Wasting time on chasing skirts and friends that are not serious in life will rob you of your mission.

Your mindset and hustle will validate you and give you that edge. You gonna have to genuinely step up for your own sake, and not for anyone.

Women will come to you, real niggas will respect you more, and you'll see more haters pop up.

For women, I can understand the expectations.
As long as your si.il is working, your dm's will stay full and that's how it be.

maybe it's where I live but my thing is the women are basically all extreme leftists..... I will die alone before I go along with letting a woman wear the pants... a person has to have principle they're not willing to compromise on

i wonder whats the percentage of somali diaspora that met their wife online vs offline

I would say more than 15% percent aleast , it is an easy way for a halimo to date 100 guys once at the same time too, it is becoming the new way for fobs to meet.

I have seen many single mothers looking for a date on FB,but it is very rare for a Bikro Somali chick to do find a husband online, they mostly date the local Somalis or a relative recommended Farah abroad.

The weirdest platform to find a Halimo I ever came across is this Toll free number Somalis do FKD on and known as Paltalk, this particular room is called 114 and it is mostly about Islam, Q&A by sheikhs and great Khudbads attracts many reformed halimos.

The room had 3k religious Halimos looking for an honest marriage online at all times, but It kinda unethical for me to roam there looking for a girl but it is a hunting ground for some Farahs.

@Jablibax, sxb does that Paltalk room still exit with the Iowa Area code?:hemad:

A man trying to be successful
Alright, well first off, yes I guess it's kind of pathetic to try online dating but moving recently to a state with barely any Muslims or Somalis limited my options ,but hey, it's 2020 already, regardless, I went to a couple different sites/App that were suggested to me by a friend, them being "Muzmatch" ' and 'Plenty of Fish(the only one with a religion search preference)'.

These websites are good for the individual user in general, you're not forced to pay to join, however you can upgrade memberships. However, that's not really what this is about. So I build my profile on one, adjust it, tweak it, put up select pictures and BAM, I am ready to date.

Now on these things it would be bizarre if they didn't have a matching system for you. But this is where 'Plenty of Fish' aka 'plenty of whales' takes a huge turn in a bad direction. Their matching system will literally pair you up in comparison with people who have 0-2 common interests with you. And those interests 99% of the time on a woman's profile are going to be "movies" and "music".

Now we all know that those two words are so broad that you're lucky to find someone who likes the same movies as you do, if you don't watch every movie that comes out. And don't even get me started on music. I refuse to listen to Nicki Minaj and Kodak Black, so I might as well be a hermit from here on out.

Now I feel like I m a slightly above average guy, young, good head on my shoulders. Im a good balance of athletic and nerdy, and overall I am decently cute for a guy. So I've been told. So, I approach this websites with optimism for a good week or so. I had set my goal to send at least one decent looking female a message each day. If not to date, at least strike up some conversation to even better my skill at reading people.

To my surprise, women online are just as stuck up and introverted as they are in person. You send 12 messages and get maybe 2 responses back. Now this wouldn't be a big issue if I wasn't able to tell whether or not they read my message. But they do read it, look at my profile and then continue to ignore me. So tell me this: How is it that you're 'super fun, friendly, and outgoing' when I am sure more guys than just me talk to you, and you probably reply to 1% of them.

Maybe at this point I take a few days away from it, let the profile collect it's own traffic, but who am I kidding? I'm literally not the guy that women talk to on their own initiative. Not that he doesn't exist, but he doesn't need online dating, because he isn't single.

Anyway, I feel like most of the women who joined this dating apps/sites expected to be surrounded by big muscular men who are looking to just settle down or something along those lines

I am not saying guys are perfect, In fact, i'm quite sure most of the men on there are not. However I didn't go on a dating website to meet men. But when it really comes down to it, I had an exceptionally higher hope that women on a dating Apps would be more, inclined, I guess to reply to a decent gentleman that tries to be nice to them. Because, women are looking for a "nice guy", right? At least, that's what they say they're looking for.

This isn't a slam on women, because us guys are just as shitty as them. But wouldn't you think it would help you out a little bit to put up what you're REALLY looking for? I feel like the expectations for men are too high sometimes. Some women are looking for a "Nice, adventurous, funny, friendly, outgoing guy. Who can also stay at home all the time, and relax and pamper me like a princess."

So now that I've seen the ups and downs of online dating I invite some of you to share with me your opinions of online dating, or even advice so im not completely alone anymore, anyone ?

Abti don’t take what some of the trolls on here say that serious. The world is much more grey than the way most of the people on here talk. You have a lot of time ahead of you to find the one and take a page out of your mentor @sophisticate’s book. Everything will work out in the end. Just put your trust in Allah and keep working to achieve your goals in the interim. :westbrookswag:
