The oromos in SL are not some pseudo pagans from the omo valley but are from bordering clans in Haraghe region.

Many Somalis were absorbed into the Oromo family during their initial expansion after the Ahmed Gurey wars

so chances are her and many of the oromos walking around in Hargeisa are descendant of Somalis.

They can easily assimilate into mainstream society with no problem. A watchman of ours is Oromo

and he's a good guy. Speaks fluent Somali, and takes care of the plants in the garden very well.

They are criminals. They change their names to Somali/Muslim names and beg in the streets. They brought ghetto slums in main cities, streets kids phenomenon, increase of crimes, trading in drugs, alcohol , children kidnappings and human trafficking, increase of aids in Somalia because of them. They are also known for cannibalism! Half of Oromos are Christians and pray for Waaq
