They skip grades and go to Galmudug schools to finish secondary faster, in the past schools there were accepting everybody and whatever grade they claim, but this time the ministry wants them to have documents and proof from their previous schools, so I don't think they are wrong to deny them. That school is also probably scamming them and taking their money, so they thought they can take the exam.

So basically, Baraxley is the black market of Somali Education.

These school scammers will waste all their money when they go overeseas and fail, plus if they go to useless countries like ethio-sudan-india-pakistan they wasted their money anyways, it's not recognized. My cousin who failed to graduate from HS in Galkacyo told me how easy it was to get a HS diploma in Baraxleey. You basically pay $50 for a HS diploma. Mogadisho had similar problems few years ago and I’m not sure if anything was done. Puntland Universities no longer accepts HS diplomas from baraxleey and that’s why these HS dropouts are mad.
