Haha some of your points seem to miss the inherent qualities our somali people have. It borders on extreme optimism and a positive outlook. Its refreshing tbh even if its a dream right now.

The problem in Somalia isnt one indiviual or clan, it's a deep rooted cultural one and how they see the state, its also social decay elements no matter wat system they adopt will rott from within. Their very 'extreme' mindset not balanced at all to 'collect goodies' across themselves and the world and create a 'master system' of proven positives. They alsos have the african complex 'strong man, weak systems' they repeat it even tho they know wat africa looks like with that system. Unlike you we don’t hold unhealthy cuqdad, your kids can come get quality education and access to Galmudug + federal exams but make sure they get proper transfer paperwork and are properly registered in Galmudug education management database, or they’ll be thrown out if they’re not in the database by the time the exams come around.
