I know it is tough thing to witness but I heard from Sheykh that we shouldn’t declare someone takfiri unless that person has denied Allah and his messenger. As far as I am concern he is just ignorant, misguided Muslim. He has not entirely rejected the Tawxiid, so there is still hope

The Muslim rulings on anything criminal is the most effective of all systems.

The quranic and hadith ruling on delivering justice to the masses is in fact the most beneficial of all..

Comparing western with islamic law is from a western perspective is like comparing western medicine with Chinese medicine..
