It’s confirmed now. Anyone that tries to prevent this trip from happening is an enemy to Somalia and SSC and should be dealt with accordingly.

The one city administration which term is about ran out is desperatly looking for allies, muqdisho is being shelled with norters by the shabab.. The Mogadishu regime is trying to provoke Somaliland into doing something stupid. They gain a lot by this visit. They are definitely in a weaker position than before when they were like we don't really care what happens inside that province. They have had to step down from that position but Somaliland is a good position no need to overreact. They will exaggerate the meaning and consequence of their visit in the hopes of drawing a bad move from Somaliland.

If the PM of Somalia visits that ‘disputed’ region but Somaliland officials can’t visit, it completely annihilates your narrative of being an actual state with borders.
