Get rid of PM, and all useless ministries. It should be democratic too (as in the democratic people's republic of...)

The leader has all the power but has to follow the set protocol, so definitely not a dictatorship either because he can be impeached (think kim Jong-un for a brilliant example of this)

Get rid of the 4.5 system

Federal states exist but military and foreign policy is only at a federal level

Wow the people of SSPOT are dumber than I thought.

Who wants to use a system that has already failed. Dictatorship is the main reason we are still in this mess. Dictatorship doesn’t work it’s a really fragile system.

Somalia was a dictatorship under Siyaad Barre, at that time Somalia was the most powerful nation in East Africa and one of the most powerful militaries, economies and the country was industrialized.

I would respect a dictator that uses his power to get rid of political opponents and foreign stooges like Mahathir of Malaysia, Erdogan and Yew of Singapore. African dictators use their power to enrich themselves and oppress unarmed harmless civilians. The average civilian doesn't give a duck whether ghe opposition leader is arrested or not as long as he has a steady job and opportunities to develop himself. A dictator become a a loser the moment to steals billions and sins his guns at the civilians. As Frank Underwood said ' I can't respect someone who chose money over power'.

No it was not, put the crack-pipe down. Somalia under Barre was a third-world banana republic and was an incredibly poor, aid-dependant corrupt shithole that had little to no industry outside of food exports. No amount of kacaanist booli-qaran propaganda your parents fed you is gonna rewrite history.
