Forget about other nations, our motherland the country made solely for Somalis to govern themselves without any linguistic, ethnic, religious or sectarian abnormalities somehow we found a way to stir domestic insurgency and bring it own.


Reminds of Empire of Dust documentary were a Chinese man is taunting his African counterpart on the manner of which they destroyed the infrastructure left behind by colonial powers. We Somalis are no better the Italian colonials built us a beautiful capital & functioning government. They dragged us screaming & kicking into the 20th century.


30 years later we fail to uphold & preserve state institutions left behind by Italians.

You're forgetting British colonialism which treated the native Irish like shit and brought over a bunch of Protestant Scots and English colonialists. It's not just a religious conflict, but an ethnic and anti-colonial one, too.

Like if Habesha colonised Somalia and brought over Amhara Christians to Somaliland or something.
