fighting took place in Dharjaale early this morning, over 10 isis fighters have been killed, most of them being a mix of arabs and ethiopians with a few swahilis. it’s being reported that the ethnic somali contingent within isis has begun deserting and handing themselves into custody.

I believe puntland forces mounted an early morning assault on dharjaale. A lot of the dead are foreign fighters, Somali fighters had begun surrendering the day before, we can expect the somali contingent to begin surrendering en mass as the pace of the assault quickens.
