GUUL GUUL GUUL Puntland Police. Anywhere you are in PL if you see a crime, call the police.
Please add 'location tracking software' using the nearest 'communication tower' to their call, becuz sometimes people who are in immediate danger cannot talk and we should be able to rescue them.
Please create an ambulance and fire station call command center, so the ppl who need their lives saved from fire or illness can be rescued quickly. We need laws passed quickly and teaching the locals when they hear the police, fire, ambulance siren, they must get off the road, a puntite is in danger.

When we install CC-TV surveillance on the streets, we will have another command center watching people who are breaking the road rules or causing general instability or throwing out garbage or damaging solar street lights.
I hope when they install the cameras they use 'unbreakable' sheild protectors and when someone attempts to damage it we got them on camera and they will be charged with public property damage and they will pay a compensation plus work for free 200 hours doing public service works like planting trees, cleaning, helping the orphans, disabled and elderly as punishment.

I think it's time we crack down the diaspora n business community. They need to diversify their wealth not concentrate it abroad, they must allocate 20% bare minimum to PL, especially 'durable investment' that create jobs and supply chains.
I wud begin removing 'residencies' wallahi for those who fail to comply. Their name n photo will be stored on a database and given to airports and checkpoints.
We have the largest diaspora among any clan by far and they don't return barely anything, how can we allow this to continue? no-one is saying anything but when their 'residency' is put on the line, they will.

I think the ministries should be put into a few high rise buildings, instead of multiple large buildings.
Maybe they 'prefer' complex type of land which can be easily upgraded into towers or more buildings in the future when govt grows.
