Officials are routinely replaced, it's not a position for life. He appointed them in the first place and can replace them. If they kept the job and Puntland was under some terrorist attack, you would be screaming in the other direction.

But let the record show, PSF is not an intelligence service and it has never been led by Diyaano. You are confusing it with PIS which then became PIA after him. You can also read the UN monitoring reports which showcases support for these agencies and disproves your lie that it stopped in 2012.
