I answered many of those questions several times. The problem with people like you is you repeat them in every thread because you think you are winning an argument that derails the topic at hand and either way it makes you look as what you are which is stupid.

They did not have any equipment and financing at all so how on earth should they conduct their operations?

Everyone knows if you sack your top intellince directors that you admit there are failures but why did he not sack himself because as Abdirisaaq Khaatumo outlined they had a difficult task due to lack of equipment and funding.

President Faroole after the Americans stopped funding the agency found funding from the UAE.

Why did the UAE stop funding the agency back in March 2016?

Why could he not pursued them to continue the funding. What can 30 men do if you cut the agency from 150 strong to only 30?
