Because HSM is a USC Mooryaan, and they are slaves of SNM, that's why they give SNM whatever they want, whilst holding the rest of the country hostage.

The best solution would be to drag this out or refuse to co-oporate until the next election when HSM will be voted out. He has 0 chance of getting that re-election.

It doesn't matter how long it takes, the only important thing, is that we show the world we're not part of HSM's embarrassing family run 'dictatorship. In addition, that he doesn't have the power to sell our resources.
