I don’t see see this happening, IC has more to pressure HSM with in regards to the constitution. Atmis, Aid, world bank. They can pull any of these cards to get him to listen to Deni. IC are not happy with puntland leaving as that is a strong response, IC left within 24 hours to go meet deni after PL announcement. So they like their puppet HSM, but they are not willing to let him dismantle the Somalia which they've poured billions into. Caitrina lang herself has voiced to the UN vocally and recently with PL, that nothing is going forward without PL.
