it would be good for puntland to lead with 1m1v like municipal elections but its not worth the fighting and trying to change handshake agreement on rotation. Deni is good president but to much left to do in 2 months. everyone gets 2 turns and then free election is safest bet. too much chaos in somalia to have instability in puntland. somaliland/galmudug is licking lips so is al shabab with atmis leaving. then we have internal unresolved qabil beefs and ethiopians immigrants flooding lands. rather have same ole same power sharing than chaos and bad actors running wild taking advantage
