Puntland Government should do more to motivate people to plant trees and even gardens.

Every smart clan operates on 3 principles.

1. Personal bribe
2. A post 4 himself or some junior they can control
3. A Legacy project to it's region

Where-as the South operate on 'xaa cuna' mentality, leaving behind nothing for it's people.
