Warsangeli and Dhulbahante have a right to self determination and they have chosen SL, a multi party, democratic country with rule of law of fair representation. Not Majeerteenia dominated PL. There are two major subclans in warsengali, the rest are too small to have any effect in the region.Both are pro puntland/ Somalia.The people who didn't let him in were from the same subclan and simply refused him entry.This guy hasn't benefited the region at all since all he does is once in a blue moon come to the city.He is the defense minister yet leaves to enter Badhan.

That said the last time there was inter warsan fighting was in the 19th century.
