Somalia was never united, the only time it was united was during the dictatorship of siyad barre. And that didn't end well. What makes you think this time would be any different than before? I mean we ought be realistic. Unity can be achieved when every state is developed. Unity can be achieved when every state's rulers are just and equitable.
