Any reason they were imported from Boosaaso instead of Garacad then? Surely the latter would have been cheaper given the distance?

I really don't know the reason behind their choice of port, however I know Boosaaso is generally viewed as older and more reliable and safe compared to other newer port so it's a factor in their decision. It's why this was so shocking when it was reported by local CW news outlets.
