the camps are being shut down and their moving to their neighborhood of xalka waara in garowe, bosaso, and qardho.

Even tho their not ideal migrants like puntites were of the past, they may see it as dipping into PL housing resources for free thru ngo grants and telling others in the south to migrate and get free homes. I think the social reward and advertisement isnt worth the trade off of idps.

No we are Muslim Somali brothers, we should be able to live together peacefully, you should be welcome that's the only right thing.. What my brothers and sisters don't want is getting replaced i.e people coming from the outside and acting like if they own the land, this could cause a war and hatred.
