He better not be pushing 'South-West' identity if he wants to be part of Puntland politics. This nonsense of carrying over your federal identity, as you live and vote in another one, is detrimental to federal politics. Either you are part of the state you live, vote and pay taxes in, or you are not.

I also better not see this man, voting in South-West Somalia either. These things need to be added to 'voter fraud'. Otherwise, we will end up with voting block gypsy caravans moving around Somalia, messing up local politics.
