Thats true, democracy as system have taken the west many years to devolop and learn from their failures. Its naive to think this system in its fullness can be copied over to Somalia and make it work over a night. Slow changes are what we should aim at.

May I remind you that those problems exists solely because of men?

There are no scientific facts that state women lack the skills to rule however there are historical facts to showcase men are incompetent to rule.
