Believe it or not, but it’s there’s less chance of civil war in SL if Bihi gets re-elected. If Cirro wins, HA will wage war against the new administration. But since HY are emasculated, they won’t wage war against Bihi if he gets re-elected. The status-quo will remain.
If musa secures the deal with ethiopia and hints at possible recognition from the IC I can see him winning another term. SL needs that oil money though. It's already past June, so any hope for recognition is unrealistic.
