Out of 3.5 million soldiers, I still think Iraq had more highly trained soldiers than Ukraine does (Ukraine has 200K soldiers total).

Furthermore, weren’t people claiming that Russia had full air superiority in Ukraine?

So doesn’t that make the current situation more embarrassing for Russia.

The coalition was facing a military of 3.5 million soldiers and Russia is facing a military of 200K.

Furthermore, Russia has no interest in Western Ukraine. Their objective was Kyiv and everything east of it, as that area can be surrounded from three sides (Belarus, Crimea and Russia).

Surely you don't actually believe that such a large force existed outside the papers of a wholly untrustworthy 3rd world 'power'? The Coalition never contended with such a force.

The Iraqi 'military' was nothing more than Saddam's plaything -- a tool of domestic terror that was not fit for purpose beyond that role.

Nations cease to exist when they are presided over by dictators like Saddam Husssein; their militaries are fictional because the grunts have no true loyalty to a hollowed out State that has been captured by psychotics and megalomaniacs.

The Iraqi 'military' melted away in Iraq at first contact with the Coalition.

The Ukrainians have been receiving Western training for the last 8 years and have participated in NATO wargames; they were deemed to be very competent by NATO officials. The Iraqis were never competent.

Iraqi soldiers gave up easily and had no will anymore, most were drained after gulf war in 1991, only a few were fighting for Saddam

These Ukranian are different as they are willing to sacrifice

Russia losing the war is fake news, a tactical retreat from Kyiv only means one thing, they are focusing on the Donbass and Odessa fromt. Odessa is much more valuble than Kyiev and will cut off the Black Sea completely from Ukrainian regime.

Putin is a genius just wait and watch, he already destroyed the dollar by re introducing fiat backed by gold and breaking the US Dollar hegemony

By the time of the invasion of Iraq, the Iraqi military had degenerated morally and in terms of combat effectiveness. They were a regional power before Western interference though, their elite troops like the Republican guard were actually quite highly trained. The Republican guard only had a strength of around 70,000 however.

I agree with both your main points, Ukraine is different because their soldiers are wanting to fight and willing to sacrifice.

However, they’re incredibly outnumbered, outgunned and were completely surrounded.

267 Ukrainian Marines surrendered in Mariupol today

267 marines from the 503rd battalion assigned to the 36th marine corps of the Ukrainian Navy surrendered to the Russian Chechan forces today in Mariupol. Chechan leader Ramzan Kadyrov said Ukraine Marines families, no longer need to worry about them. They are completely safe. According to the report Ukrainian Marines were forced to surrender after being surrounded & running out of food, ammo & supplies. Adam Delimkhanov commander of the Chechen forces speaks to Ukrainian marines and said "You will be treated with respect, like prisoners"

iraq was under a decade of sanctions. he couldnt have a military like current ukraine. saddam had to stop rebellions. half a million iraqis were killed by the sanctions. by the time uncle sam arrived iraqis were too poor or tired etc to put up a big fight. before the sanctions the iraqi military was competent.

Why would Ukraine upload a video that shows any shred of evidence towards “actors” playing dead people?

Plus NYT, BBC and every other reputable organisation.

If you guys that aren’t even journalists found the “evidence” don’t you think they would’ve noticed it??

Plus there are more gruesome videos that show the actual bullet wounds if you guys really wanna play this game.

Wallahi there is a pandemic of dumbass amongst Somalis.

We can now safely say Russia lost the war.

They have been pushed back from Kiev. they still have not captured Mariupol which they surrounded 6 weeks ago. Kharkiv they are nowhere near the city and neither have they surrounded it.

they lost a lot of Generals and high ranking military commanders. I am now starting to believe the numbers of the Ukrainians put forth regarding Russian casualties. Russia probably lost between 7000 to 13000 soldiers so far.

To capture Kharkiv which is the 2nd largest city, at this rate going by Mauripol would take atleast 6 months. then we have Odessa and so many other cities from Odessa to Kiev.

the war is lost for Russia, in fact i would say it damaged their military industrial complex. Russia is the 2nd biggest exporter of military equipment after US, i bet now a lot of countries are looking at Russian tanks/helicopter/planes and are not impressed.
Didnt I tell you from the beginning of the conflict Russia will lose the war :farmajoyaab:
