The so called horn of africa has nothing t do with each other, and there is nothing to gain from these african states and even their politics is built on the phobia that somalis would invade them if they get any stronger so they are preventing stronger somalis at all costs.
So how can we share something with such paranoid nations, if Somalis have to establish a bloc we should do that with arabs which are also our neighbors and share more with us compared to those paranoid and expansionist ethiopia and kenya.

I don't get why you think Russia is more evil than america but to me western liberalists are more deadly than russia and everyone else, and more importantly a multipolar world in which there is a little more option for weaker countries is best for us so let the russians ascend with their evil and balance the greater evil called nato.
This is what you don’t understand.
Russia hasn’t been a superpower for 30 years and only superpowers are allowed to go do whatever they want (Ukraine, Afghanistan, Iraq etc).
So saying Russia is a smaller evil because they didn’t invade anybody in 30 years is stupid because they couldn’t.
You have to understand that their clock just started now, you can only judge them as a superpower from now. Luckily since they used to be a superpower pre-1990, we can look at their actions then also.
Every superpower will invade countries if they have the power to. Don’t think that Russia will not intervene in conflicts on the other side of the globe, they will and they used to do so.
The only reason they haven’t is because they couldn’t but trust me, they will again.
