Many of the statues and artifacts were covered by sand and were just recently discovered by the Brits then they continued to do the rest throughout the 20th century and till this day. Muslims never bothered looking into it for taboo reasons and they would certainly destroy it if they knew.

The same thing happened around the Middle East where they discovered those pagan artifacts that was buried which is why ancient history in MENA are taught from Western pov. I have a feeling that the Jinns (have long lifespan) helped them find those because the British and French empire were into occultism.

Yes, I understand I'm not in support of destroying history, but all im stating is there people who are crazy or hateful and jealous at the same time that are will to destroy anyone history because they could never create one themselves. I think you only mean the pyramids, and apart from them, Egypt was filled with hundreds if not thousands of temples and artifices, from the average looking ones to the giants massive statues. The sphinx was always there, but not touched. So why the pyramid incident was the only one?
