@Tropical Breeze once the road is done opening up access to development partners, u should demand Makhir share of development whether it's 'PL govt or International aid'. Just ur gold mine trade from Bosaso must big earner for PL revenues not including livestock.

We need funding sharing formula in PL that is set in 'law' not dependent on the president or govt of the day, this will ensure 'consistent n effective' development that is independent of each government.

To this day our share goes through Hargeisa that has to be rectified. So many projects by the UN were diverted because of the disputed region status.

I don't know lots of corruption going on, some say the money we all gave was stolen because the math isn't adding up. Its still stuck 60km from Badhan and 90km to reach Hadaaftimo for phase 1.
