Fighting (physically and verbally) in the name of tribalism (4): Calling to tribalism includes slandering someone’s qabil knowing it will result in fitnah and argument. Also physical calls to tribalism. Dying for tribalism. Either ways, Prophet Muhammed states you are not of one of his people.

I’m making this post because a lot of you need to see and accept. A lot of you are happy to sacrifice your deen for your ego and pride. Qabalyad is a curse, and something I’ve seen exercised by Somalis casually. Majority of country’s issue can be eradicated if people stood on haqq & banded together as Muslims. Seeing Somalis outside of Somalia engaging in our people’s past sins is upsetting. Remember when you engaged with Qabalyad (slandering, fighting,lying) prophet muhammed scw has emphasised you are not one of his people.

Unfortunately, the only Islam they know is how to police women, which is why I don’t listen to Somali men at all when it comes to matters of the deen. Why would I listen to people that have words like faqash, idoor, Hutu, cagdheer, boon, etc in their dictionary?

It’s all to do with your upbringing, I guess. If your parents are qabilists and use foul language at home ofc you’re going to do the same. You know what they say the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.

Yeah I agree but at the same time I know a lot of people with qabilist parents & the children turnt out the opposite. I fear the qabilist say wallahis are qabilists out of their own will. The parents is a cheap excuse for them.

Faqah refers to the expansionary aspect of Siad and people who hold those views it is derogatory but its not a racial or an insult on immutable characteristics.

I % agree with you on everything that you said on this one especially the 3rd reason unfortunately its very common for Somalis generalize each other especially on the internet and they have been doing so for almost 30 years at this point smh

Faqash is the most commonly used one outside of the internet. Even non Somalis know this.

Kids in English primary schools are abused with the faqash term. It’s by far the worst one.
