They did part take in 2012 local elections, also they do have local MPs there from their villages (Fiqi Fuliye, Yubbe among others). Anyway Ceerigaabo is eastern HY without voting or with and that is how it will remain forever. No point arguing about something that won't change.

If it is "nonexistent" how did they produce 6 local Councillors in 2012 local elections of Ceerigaabo district? they took part of it fully to their ability. Not my fault they are langaab compared to the eastern HY and will never produce a mayor for that district.

Buuhoodle district is shared between the HJ and Dhulbahante. I’m Reer Buuhoodle myself as a Isaaq, I can walk to Buuhoodle town from my degmo Qorilugud. Isaaqs is not only concentrated in Caynaba when we are talking about Sool, you got Hy up in Xudun.

Ceerigaabo is overwhelmingly Isaaq, the Daaroods left Ceerigaabo after the city fell into Isaaq hands in 1989. Why do you think Somaliland/SNM has been controlling Ceerigaabo since 1991? If Harti would have presence in Ceerigaabo your lovely Puntland would have been able to battle Sland dominance in Ceerigaabo but Pland never set a foot in Ceerigaabo. Why? Because its Isaaq dominated.

Here is another math class for you. 17.3% is almost 1/5 of the population of somalia (17%/100% is aprox 1/5 in case you don't get it). the other big cans in somalia are daroods,rahanweyne,hawiye,the smaller one like dir we can group them together with sheekal.
If we also add the few non somalis in the the dir group you get Isaaqs,daroods,rahnweyne,hawiye,(dir+sheekal+others) those are 5 different groups in somalia and isaaqs are 1/5 of the population,do you understand?

So how are isaaqs langaab?
