@AbdiJohnson, as much as I disagree with Kaafiye, he is right in that there must be limits to morality. Two consenting adults do not make an act moral.

If someone wants to have sex with their adult brother or sister, they have mental problems. It is no way comparable to same sex relationships with unrelated people. Almost all incest is not even consenting and involves children. There's no one out there who is in a consenting sexual relationship with their sibling.
Incest marriages results in birth defects. Why should a child suffer from a birth defect? First cousins can marry each other but shouldn't be allowed to reproduce. Gay marriages are more morally OK than first cousin marriages

I can just as easily argue that anyone who has sexual relations with the same gender is also suffering from mental issues. And tell me why isn't it comparable? I'm sorry but it's no man's right to have sex with another man. They have the right to seek mental health services though.
