Surely the kids dad would raise him/her. Just because they're divorced, doesn't mean the dad has to be deadbeat.

I know dead beat dads do it, but not normal people. Unfortunately, though, there are a lot of somali dead beat dads. Those men are probably useless in a thousand different way, and as fathers is just another way they are useless.

I know, I never said normal people do. White fathers spoil their children as if they are the only child in the world even if they have a bitter
