I haven't really looked into Ethiopian Orthodox Christianity. Mainly know about the Euro versions of Christianity and their differences. Protestantism seems slightly more rational than Catholicism, but at the same time Catholicism is stronger demographically as it leads less to agnosticism/atheism than Protestantism does. Protestantism gives more emphasis on the individual and less on the community.
