Somali men should just focus on their faith, education, career prospects, hitting the gym, eating a healthy diet, and maintaining a decent wardrobe. You end up becoming undeniable, it doesn’t matter how much hate based programming is projected at us, if you do all of the above, you unravel all of that programming (of-course they will switch to the “he doesn’t look Somali” cope). Think about it, there are millions of girls in the Indian subcontinent and the rest of Asia as beautiful as the girl below, but their dominant societies, fashion and entertainment sectors will have you believe that she is ‘ugly’ and only ‘fair skin’ is beautiful, because of their biased societal programming, yet she is undeniable, especially to male groups like us that are attracted to similar ‘beauty features’ in Somali women and the difference here is that these are biological preferences and not ‘taught’ ones, so all of their dirty macking still won’t change what is a biological fact, be it our features, our hair, our height, etc.

I’ve noticed when I was in high school,Somali boys were popular we were getting hate mostly from other boys while the girls were into us.

To be honest lately I have been seeing cadaan men particularly English men confidently coming for Somali men. It's the norm to be racist towards Somalis, simply because everyone else is seeing maadows dogpile on us. Somali men need to put their own narrative. There needs to be a trend on social media of attractive Somali men posting themselves and also making them go viral or else this hate will just continue since we have yusuf7, Barkhad and the likes as the poster boy for Somali men
