Men have innate qualities of leadership, courage, etc. Whenever the Muslims of the past met a خنثى they would identify the gender of the person by their strength and courage. A woman is not fit for positions of influence. Leadership requires a very strong character, eloquence, decision making skills, problem solving skills and leading strong, courages and brilliant men. Just look at history, when has a woman ever liberated anywhere? And if people say it's due to restrictions, they are liars. MANY nations and communities past and present were given opportunities to lead a nation.

They feel low and so do Arab men in general and they lower the status of women so they can feel high and meaningful. When they're rich and powerful they're different. One of Saudi Arabia's crown princes is worth 20 billion or so and he trained a female Saudi pilot and the women who work for him don't have to wear hijab in his office and they can also talk to any man as a professional.
