It's way too early for that. Farmaajo needs to wait this one out. The truth is sland has done a decent job keeping security in their lands and it would be foolish of them to agree to any terms like that right now. Maybe farmaajo should improve the situation in the lands he governs for now, make it a place where people want to live. Then maybe the northern folks couldn't use lack of security as a reason to reject a proposal like this one. Right now, they can reject it in so many ways, and no one could blame them. One step at a time.
