I thought babile was part of east hararghe btw why are they saying babile in fafan?
Babile is divided in two
One is under somali authority, that’s where the Somali babile is in faafan, while the other one is in oromia.
What about the actual city of babile like the town, is it divided across 2 regions like moyale is?
The town is Oromia.
The district is divided into two, both places are Somali inhabited but one of them chose to join oromia because of politics.
Are they allergic to roads in Somalia? no town plan here but the tree to house ratio is far better then the rest of puntland cities. But give me a town plan over trees, it still looks shit no matter how many trees u have without a town plan.
Carmo was settled in 2005, it's tree to house ratio is very low but it has a good town plan, it must make sure it keeps the town plan and not allow residential areas to built outside the current grid lay-out.
Carmo just needs more primary and secondary roads, interlock system for residential laneways, drainage, side-walks, a mini centralized business area zoning where all new business investors must go, govt/education facilities zone, and a beautiful central carmo park.
It can then watch it's cbd grow in a planned fashion without ruining the town plan.

The minsters of water DDS have reviewed the
project of watering in Wardheer town.
The 70% completed project will water 31,600 people in
the city when it is completed.
Deputy Minister of Water Office of DDS Mr. Abdi
Muhummed Abdi said that the processing of the project
is going on as needed, the remaining period will be
completed all the water activities. The program "One Wash" has invested in this project, it will cost 92 million Birr (1.7million)
