Somali woman talks about how life in Garowe improved since the deportation of Oromos

Where are all the 'waa miskeen' crowd at?

1. People are no longer afraid of being robbed
2. They were so large in number that they outnumbered the ethnic Somalis who used to sell and shop at the market.
3. They would threaten Southern Somali beggars and say only they are allowed to beg.
4. People would avoid alleyways, lest they get robbed by dadkaan.

etc.

I also heard from other people that they would steal and demand fruit/veg from market stalls.

All in all, life has improved and nobody wants them back.

This is the capital of Oromia region, a lush greeny region with excellent soil suitable for agriculture and livestock rearing but they all want to flock to a semi-arid region.

Nah the point is they have better lands, why not stay there
Better land doesn’t equal more opportunity their land is overpopulated not everyone is gonna be able to get jobs some of them have no choice but to leave

How does our regions have far better opportunities then theres does? This what I find so odd since they move to Galbeed and Somalia at such high rates. Also Somalia is seen as a failed state but Ethiopia isn't seen as one so why are they failing at creating jobs.

A portion of them are paid to go into Somalia and act as spies.

Somalis have a history of trade and we are connected to the outside world, always have been. That's why you'll see Oromos copying our attire and following us around, not the other way around.

That's generous of you. I think most ajnabi that loiter on the streets are spies/argagixiso. Out of all the countries in the world they just so happen to choose ours, with its terrible reputation to 'beg' on the streets. Nobody makes a better spy than someone who most people refuse to even look out of fear or not wanting to give money.

It was quite common in the ancient world to use such tactics, you even have the CIA using it in certain operations.

Alhamdullilah to all those that were causing chaos in Puntland being deported. All regions must follow Puntland. No is no they can flourish in their own Oromo regions They have no business being in Somaliland/Somalia.
