f*ck that, Somalia should sign a pact with Egypt, Sudan, Eritrea and Djibouti. A Red Sea pact with fellow Muslim countries.

We should also have good relations with Mauritius, Comoros, Seychelles and Maldives. Madagascar also.

We should have a mutual defence agreement with Yemen, Djibouti and Oman. A Bab El Mandeb pact.
