UNSC resolutions can be politically, economically or politically binding. Somalia can decide the outcome of whatever happens regarding Somalia inside or outside Somalia. If we have problem with ENDF, there can be a request submitted by us to force ENDF to leave or they will face consequences in halting trade or sanctions.
Hassan sheikh and Farmaajo both worked together to achieve this.

If Eritreans risked international sanctions and isolations for Somalia since 2009 for opposing the Ethiopian invasion on Somalia and Ogaden, what do you think would Eritrea do, if any country of the world want to disintegrate Somalia once and for all.

Djibouti wanted to sabotage by running for it as no other country was competitor to Somalia besides Mauritius (Mauritius dropped out, so Somalia was going to automatically win) but couldn’t because they’d have entered too late, when Somalia sent the application for UNSC in 2018.
Egypt is scared and deterred by the nuclear state Israel whose gonna stop them if they decide to bring troops into Somalia ?
