It's also incredibly stupid because it gives more representation to the most nomadic clans. Gaaljecel can claim representation in almost every state in the south because they're entirely nomadic. Some of these degmos are pretty much uninhabited/were unhabited until very recently. But because their gel passed through it they deserve representation there.

It's an entirely fucked up system. And trust me there are many many qabils that haven't received any representation especially in lower shabelle. I don't think it's possible to implement this system at all. Whoever came up with it is dreaming or is purposely wanting to creating conflict.

No not really. We are strictly reer mudug (I'm just speaking for my reer though not all surres) just like your reer abti but many travelled to the south and that's why they are peppered throughout southern Somalia.

Just like the darod and hawiye from the central and northeast can't be native to the south I'm fair and say my clan isn't either because we were migrated at the same time.

The south is more diverse though hence more volatility. I am surprised federal states can work in the south.

Gaaljecels live in Hiraan and middle Shabelle as well. They have 12 MPs in Hirshabelle, they're the 3rd majority clan in hirshabelle (Middle shabelle+Hiraan) after Abgaal (15 MPs) and Hawalde (13 MPs).

Cumar maxamud could've actually gotten vice president since they're bigger than marexan in Galmudug and they wouldn't have been any violence like Galmudug vs Puntland because mj bordering Mj but Puntland (Other mj sub-clans would never let this happen) because it would divide them.

Living in many regions has its benefit though that is why Galmudug bypassed the 2 or more
regions requirement and settled with 1.5 regions. Now if a community only lives in 1 region
it is not possible to become a federal state.

I can see a possibility of other Darood groups in Mudug joining Galmudug but not
Cumar Maxamuud because they would gain nothing from it but lose everything.

I like how you claim lower Shabelle like it's bimaal/dir land. Did you know Lower shabelle and middle shabelle were part of banadir before 1985 when siad barre changed the borders like how Galgaduud was part of mudug? Banadir was always Hawiye dominated.
